This page tells you what Vespagiri keeps about you, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we keep
Your name, phone number and email address, when you create an account or place an order.
Your delivery address, your orders, your service bookings and the details of your scooter, so we can supply and fit the right parts.
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, your email address and an account number from that service. We do not receive your password, your friends list or your posts, and we never post anything for you.
Why we keep it
To deliver your orders, to send your login codes and order updates by SMS or email, and to keep the service history of your scooter.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising, and the shop has no tracking scripts.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the shop: our database and web host, our SMS and email providers, and the courier who delivers your order. Each one gets only the details it needs for its task.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your cart.
Deleting your data
To delete your account and your personal details, email vespagiriautomobile@gmail.com or call +880 1303-956156. Say "Delete my data" and give the phone number or email address on your account.
We delete your login and your personal details within 30 days, and we tell you when it is done.
We must keep invoices and payment records for the period that Bangladesh tax law requires. After deletion, these records no longer show your name or contact details where the law allows it.
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Vespagiri in Facebook under Settings, then Apps and websites.
